While there will always be <a href=\"https:\/\/www.touchbistro.com\/blog\/restaurant-operating-costs\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">costs<\/a> that the owner can\u2019t control, a budget gives <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thebalancesmb.com\/restaurant-management-facts-2888650\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">restaurant management<\/a> the framework for the critical financial decisions that can be controlled.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"has-black-color has-green-background-color has-text-color has-background wp-block-heading\">Using Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS)<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.rabio.eu\/rabio\/2021\/04\/24\/what-is-the-cost-breakdown-structure\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS)<\/a> is a breakdown of the costs of the various components and elements of the project\u2019s structure including all works or services done by the subcontractors. The CBS is used to continuously check &amp; compare the actual costs with the budget, and integrate them into the cost control management system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Cost Breakdown Structure is created based on&nbsp;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.rabio.eu\/rabio\/2020\/04\/04\/adding-new-centers\/\">Centers<\/a><\/strong>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.rabio.eu\/rabio\/2020\/04\/04\/adding-new-categories\/\">Categories<\/a><\/strong>. This is a typical Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"has-black-color has-green-background-color has-text-color has-background wp-block-heading\">Restaurant Budgeting Demo<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The demo project in Rabio is based on a hypothetical restaurant company that controls restaurants in various cities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The scope of the demo project is to control the budget and costs for each restaurant.<br>The duration of the project is 12 months starting from January 2020 until December 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"has-black-color has-green-background-color has-text-color has-background wp-block-heading\">Centers Breakdown<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Centers are href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Hawaii\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">HI Hawaii<\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/New_York_(state)\" target=\"_blank\"
