Warehouse Management or WMS with Rabio
Rabio is a data analysis system. The main focus is the recording of budget and costs and the presentation of data through high-quality analysis reports. The flexibility of Rabio gives the advantage to extend and operate as a Warehouse Management software data system. Using the internal system of counting quantities Rabio can report delivered, sent (or sold), and remaining quantities (or stock).
In this demo project, a hypothetical company called Demo Air Systems is involved. Rabio structure is organized to control the delivered and sold quantities of the demo company.
Project
After creating the new project, in the STRUCTURE menu in Project form data are updated as seen in the image below.
Managers
In this demo project, three managers are used to organize the demo project. Managers are:
- A.Delivered: requires data input for all materials delivered
- B.Sold: requires data input for all materials sold
- C.Profit B-A: a virtual column that is used for calculation of the profit which comes out from the difference between B.Sold and A.Delivered
In the STRUCTURE menu in Managers form, data are updated as seen in the image below.

Delivered & Sold Quantities
The Demo Air Systems company starts to deliver air condition units and sells them. All these processes are takin place in the FORMS section of Rabio menu.
Delivered
The company starts to deliver air condition units. Delivered quantities are imported in the FORMS section in the Delivered form.
Delivered quantities per category are assigned to center 1001 – AIR SYSTEMS STORE. Every delivery record requires a date, quantity, and total amount as seen in the image below.
Delivered records are presented in Delivered form as seen in the image below:
Sold
The company starts to sell air condition units to various customers. Sold quantities are imported in the FORMS section in the Sold form.
Sold quantities per category are assigned to centers that are customers. Every sold quantity record requires a date, quantity, and total ammount as seen in the image below.
Sold records are presented in Sold form as seen in the image below:
Reporting System
Rabio’s reporting system provides detailed information that makes Warehouse Management very easy.
In the VIEWS section, the Stock View Categories view provides summaries of quantities per category. Total quantities for Delivered, Sold & Remaining are presented as seen in the image below.
In the REPORTS section, the Categories Sold report provides detailed information for any individual category (air condition unit in this case) selected by the user. The delivered quantities are presented per center (the client that delivered in this case) with detailed information including date of sale, quantity, and sold price. A summary line is reported per client and a total for the category summaries.
In the VIEWS section, the Dashboard view provides information for the project including a series of charts and graphs.
In the REPORTS section, the Categories Totals view provides summary information per category and group category giving a clear view of the profit of the company.
